Alev prepared for her big day at the stunning Millcroft Inn & Spa in the beautiful village of Alton, Ontario. Nestled among rolling hills, yet not too far from the city, this venue made the perfect setting for this touching ceremony. Although the threat of rain loomed, as soon as Alev stepped outside the sunshine broke through, illuminating the quiet Wedding Garden, secluded and private with the thunder of Shaw’s Creek Falls in the background. A gal after my own heart, Alev and her father walked her sweet little dog down the aisle, dressed for the occasion in a darling knitted sweater! After the ceremony James was gifted a fine new timepiece from Alev’s father, marking the union of this family. This touching moment was on of my favourite form the day (a difficult decision a there were many incredible moments from which to choose!).
From there guests proceeded to have an incredible time dancing the night away in celebration of the newlywed couple. Family, friends and esteemed guests brought down the house and were a photographers dream because of their enthusiasm and love for the bride and groom. Everyone was in good spirits and it was time for some fun shots!
