Natural backgrounds are the most commonly requested locations for Simcoe County Engagement sessions. Since public parks are so heavily visited by local residents, it can be difficult to create an unobstructed view of the couple, which isolates them entirely and makes them the focus of the engagement photograph. As a Barrie engagement photographer, I am happy to recommend several forested areas not traditionally considered by most couples. For this particular Barrie engagement location, I chose an undeveloped, but publicly accessible property in a residential area of Barrie. The access point is through a catwalk between two houses -- if you didn't know it was there, you would surely miss it! It was a space I discovered when scouting engagement locations earlier in the summer and I was certainly happy to take advantage of my effort!
